Procedure

4.8 g of the 2-trifluoromethylpropan-2-oxy-copper prepared according to Example 2 was suspended in benzene, and an equimolar quantity of trimethylphosphane was added thereto. Once the solid had dissolved, the solvent was evaporated. The compound 2-trifluoromethylpropan-2-oxy-copper-trimethylphosphane, a solid, was isolated in an approximately quantitative yield.
