Procedure
0.47 mmol of the compound obtained in Example 14 and 1 g of polyphosphoric acid are heated at 85° C. for 90 minutes. The combined mixture is then hydrolyzed with a water/ice mixture and the pH of this solution brought to 11-12 using concentrated sodium hydroxide solution. After extraction with a chloroform/methanol (80/15) mixture, drying and evaporation, the expected product is purified by chromatography on a silica column, using a THF/hexane/methanol/aqueous ammonia (80/18/2/0.2) mixture as solvent.
