The title compound was prepared from 7-hydroxy-1,2,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[d]azepine-3-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (PCT Int. Appl. (2002), WO 02/40471) and methyl 4-bromo-3-methylbenzoate using the method outlined in Example 128 (211 mg, 29%); NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.49 (9H, s), 2.32 (3H, m), 2.86 (4H, m), 3.55 (4H, m), 3.89 (3H, s), 6.71-6.81 (3H, m), 7.08 (H, m), 7.80 (H, m), 7.94 (H, s)
