Reaction Steps
1-Fluoro-5-hydroxycarbazole (25 mg, 0.124 mmol) and (2R)-(−)-glycidyl 3-nitrobenzenesulfonate, (32 mg, 0.124 mmol) were converted to 25 mg of the title compound substantially in accordance with the procedure of Preparation 122. Yield: 65%. 1H NMR. MS(FD).
