2-(2-Amino-5-bromothiazol-4-yl)-2(Z)-(tert-butoxycarbonylmethoxyimino)acetic acid and 7β-amino-3-(3-oxobutyryloxymethyl)-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid are reacted and worked up in the manner Reference Example 40 to give the above-identified compound (99% yield).
