starting from 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzamide and triethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate there is obtained ethyl 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzimidate as an oil; 1H-NMR(CDCl3): 1.43 (t, CH3), 4.40 (q, CH2), 6.9-7.8 (3 aromatic H+NH).
