Reaction Steps
Title compound was synthesized by an analogous method to Example 123 by coupling 4-bromo-5-methyl-N-piperidin-4-yl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (Intermediate 57) with 5-bromo-1-methyl-1H-tetrazole (Can. J. Chem. 1971, 49, 2139).
