The title compound was synthesised by an analogous method to Example 18 starting from 1-[6-chloro-4-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)pyridin-2-yl]-N-methylpiperidin-4-amine (Intermediate 64) and pentafluorophenyl 4-bromo-5-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate (Intermediate 17).
