2-(4-{[(3,4-Dichloro-5-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)carbonyl]amino}piperidin-1-yl)-1,3-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid (Example 227, 100 mg, 0.240 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (1 ml) and hydrazine (500 μL, 16.0 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The mixture was filtered and purified by semi-preparative reverse phase HPLC eluting with acetonitrile/water (0.1% TFA) (36 mg).
