The title compound was prepared from (S)-1-[6-cyano-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolin-3-yl]-3-cyclohexyl-urea, prepared as described in Example 42A, and 3-chlorobenzaldehyde by procedures analogous to those described in Example 3A. HPLC (method B): retention time=7.50 min. MS (ES): m/z 423 [M+H]+. Chiral HPLC 100% e.e.; retention time=12.2 min; Conditions: AD (4.6×250 mm); Eluted with 20% isopropanol in hexanes for 30 min at 1 mL/min.
