Reaction Steps
2-Bromo-N-(7,7-dimethyl-6-oxo-5-pentyl-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-imidazo[4,5-f]indol-2-yl)-benzamide (136 mg) is prepared from D5 (211 mg) and 2-bromobenzoyl chloride (342 mg; 1.51 mmol) as described in Example 170.
