Procedure
74.1 g of melamine and 238.8 g of formalin (37%-formaldehyde aqueous solution adjusted to pH 8.0 with 20%-triethanolamine aqueous solution) were mixed under stirring together with 338.0 g of water and allowed to react with each other for 30 min. at 50° C. in a reaction vessel to form a melamine resin prepolymer (formaldehyde/melamine=5 (by mol)) liquid.
Workup
- customto react with each other for 30 min. at 50° C. in a reaction vessel
