To a solution containing 55 mg (0.12 mmol) of the product from Step C with 24 mg (0.18 mmol) of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, 0.015 mL (0.18 mmol) of pyrrolidine, and 0.031 mL (0.18 mmol) of N,N-diisopropylethylamine in 1.0 mL of DMF was added 35 mg (0.18 mmol) of N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride. The resulting mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 16 h, then concentrated and purified directly by reverse phase HPLC (YMC Pro-C18 column, gradient elution, 5% to 80% acetonitrile/water with 0.1% TFA) to give the title compound. LC/MS 515.2 (M+1).
