The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-3-iodo-7-methyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example 292) (185 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 5-ethynyl-pyrimidin-2-ylamine (example D.2 step 2) (60 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as yellow solid (80 mg, 44%). MS (ISP) 361.4 [(M+H)+]; mp 280-282° C.
