Reaction Steps
This compound is prepared by an analogous method to (R)-3-hydroxy-1-(isoxazol-3-ylcarbamoylmethyl)-1-azonia-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane bromide (Intermediate A) by replacing in 3-aminoisoxazol in step (Ai) with 4-phenylisoxazol-3-ylamine.
