The product of Example 8A (45 mg, 0.14 mmol) was treated with fumaric acid (23 mg, 0.2 mmol) in EtOAc/EtOH (v.1: 1, 3 mL) at ambient temperature for 10 h. The title compound was obtained as solid (56 mg, yield, 85%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) δ 1.90-2.23 (m, 3H), 2.33-2.48 (m, 1H), 2.62-2.70 (m, 1H), 3.21-3.54 (m, 5H), 3.92-4.03 (m, 1H), 5.54-5.62 (m, 1H), 6.69 (s, 2.5H), 6.78 (dd, J=3.4, 1.0 Hz, 1H), 7.26 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.35-7.44 (m, 3H), 7.55 (dt, J=8.1, 1.1 Hz, 1H), 8.13 (d, J=9.2 Hz, 1H) ppm. MS (DCI/NH3): m/z 321 (M+H)+. Anal. Calculated for C19H20N4O.1.3 C4H4O4:C, 61.67; H, 5.39; N, 11.89. Found: C, 61.49; H, 5.52; N, 12.17.
