The title compound was prepared from 10-[(4-chlorophenoxy)acetyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine of Step A in the same manner as the preparation of 2,2,2-trichloro-1-{10-[(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)acetyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin-3-yl}ethanone of Example 139, Step C, m.p. 165-167° C.
