Reaction Steps

To a solution of the anthranilamide of Step F, (1.11 g, 4.1 mmol) in dioxane (20 mL) was added a 2.0 M solution of phosgene in toluene (2.3 mL, 4.6 mmol). The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour then heated to reflux for 4 hours and cooled to room temperature. The white solids were filtered and dried to afford the title compound (0.89 g).
