A mixture of Compound 53 (200 mg, 0.32 mmol), 4-dimethylaminopyridine (78 mg, 0.64 mmol), and benzoyl chloride (55 μL, 0.48 mmol) in 6.4 mL of dichloromethane was stirred at 21° C. for 5 hours. The reaction was quenched with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution, and aqueous layer was extracted with dichloromethane. The combined organic layers were dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated to afford a crude product, which was chromatographed to give the desired product.
