A methanol/ethyl acetate (2.5 mL/2.5 mL) solution of compound 22 (380 mg, 0.66 mmol) and lN HCl (0.66 mL), containing 10% palladium on carbon, was stirred under a hydrogen atmosphere until TLC indicated the disappearance of the starting material. The suspension was filtered through a pad of Celite, and the solution was concentrated to afford 140 mg (62%) of the product as a yellow foam.
