PROCEDURE

实验过程

Dissolve 1 gm of rosaramicin in 50 ml of diethyl ether; add a solution of 250 mg of tartaric acid in 1.5 ml of ethanol. Stir the resulting mixture for about 15 minutes, then filter the precipitated salt. Wash the precipitate with diethyl ether; dry the precipitate and obtain thereby the title product, m.p. 129°-134° C., [α]D20 =-12° (C=0.3% water).
