The general procedure of Example 1 (5) was carried out by use of 2-(4-fluorobenzyl)-6-(2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-4-hydroxymethyl-2H-pyridazin-3-one, to thereby yield the title compound as a yellow oil (yield: 78.6%).
