The product of Example 55, and serinol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 8-sec-butyl-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl ethylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR: δ 0.80 (m, 3H), 1.37 (m, 3H), 2.21 (m, 3H), 2.73 (m, 2H), 3.96 (m, 4H), 4.20 (m, 1H), 5.52 (m, 1H), 6.29 (m, 1H), 6.59 (br s, 1H), 6.91-7.40 (m, 4H). LC MS (m/e)=401 (MH+).
