Procedure

The product of Example 49, and serinol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 4,8-bis-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-ethylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR: δ 2.91 (br s, 2H), 3.39 (m, 1H), 3.55 (m, 4H), 6.05 (br s, 1H), 6.33 (d, 1H, J=9.7 Hz), 6.21 (m, 5H), 7.39 (m, 4H). LC MS (m/e)=425 (MH+).
