The product of Example 56, and serinol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-ethylamino)-8-isopropyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one 1H-NMR: δ 1.61 (m, 6H), 2.15 (m, 3H), 3.45 (br s, 2H), 3.85 (m, 5H), 5.74 (m, 1H), 6.21 (d, 1H, J=9.8 Hz), 6.36 (br s, 1H), 6.91-7.20 (m, 4H). LC MS (m/e)=387 (MH+).
