The product of Example 56 and 2-aminoethanol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-ethylamino)-8-isopropyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3): δ 1.78 (m, 6H), 2.29 (s, 3H), 3.70 (br s, 2H), 3.89 (br s, 3H), 5.81 (m 1H), 6.02 (br s, 1H), 6.23 (d, 1H, J=9.7 Hz), 7.00 (m, 2H), 7.11 (d, 1H, J=9.7 Hz), 7.19 (m, 1H), LC MS (m/e)=357.2 (MH+). Rt=1.80 min.
