The product of Example 121, and serinol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-ethylamino)-8-ortho-tolyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3): δ 2.09 (s, 3H), 2.26 (s, 3H), 3.73 (br s, 4H), 4.02 (br s, 1H), 6.30 (br s, 1H), 6.41 (d, 1H, J=9.7 Hz), 7.05 (m, 2H), 7.24 (m, 6H). LC MS (m/e)=435.2 (MH+). Rt=1.60 min
