The product of Example 48, and 1-methylpiperidin-4-ylamine were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 8-(2,6-difluoro-phenyl)-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-ylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ1.45 (m, 2H), 1.85 (m, 4H), 2.40 (s, 3H), 2.72 (m, 2H), 3.30 (m, 1H), 5.41 (m, 1H), 6.38 (d, 1H, J=9.7 Hz), 7.05 (m, 4H), 7.29 (m, 3H). LC MS (m/e)=480 (MH+). Rt=1.67 min
