Reaction Steps
Condensation N-[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-methylpropyl]-N-[4-(trifluoromethoxy)benzyl]amine (250 mg; 0.71 mmol) with 2-chloro-pyrimidine (85 mg; 0.74 mmol) as per general procedure E (2 eq DIEA, 210C, 14 hr) afforded N-[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-methylpropyl]-N-[4-(trifluoromethoxy)benzyl]pyrimidin-2-amine (270 mg; 88% yield). MS: m/z 432 (M+1).
