To a solution of [2-(3-Isopropyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-6-ylsulfanyl)-benzyl]-carbamic acid phenyl ester (42 mg, 0.10 mmol) in DMSO (200 μL) was added ethylmethylamine (6.0 μL, 0.105 mmol). The reaction was stirred at ambient temperature for 30 minutes, then quenched with water. The reaction mixture was extracted with organics, the organics combined, dried over sodium sulfate, and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was triturated with 1:1 hexane:diethyl ether to give the title compound (37 mg, 96%). MS (M+1)=384.4.
