Prepared from 7-bromo-5-isopropyl-5-thien-2-yl-1,5-dihydro-4,1-benzoxazepin-2(3H)-one and 3-chloro-4-fluorobenzeneboronic acid using the coupling procedure described in example 1. 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 10.02 (s, 1H), 7.83 (dd, J=7.1, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 7.67 (dd, J=8.4, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.60 (m, 2H), 7.53 (m, 1H), 7.52 (m, 1H), 7.23 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.05 (dd, J=3.6, 1.3 Hz, 1H), 7.02 (dd, J=5.0, 3.7 Hz, 1H), 4.21 (d, J=14.4 Hz, 1H), 3.90 (d, J=14.4 Hz, 1H), 2.81 (m, 1H), 0.91 (m, 6H); Anal.
