Reaction Steps
Prepared in analogy to Example A2(c) from 5-chloro-6-(3-oxa-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-8-yl)-1,3-dihydro-isoindole-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and trifluoroacetic acid. Brown oil. MS (m/e): 267.1 ([{37Cl}M+H]+, 43%), 265.1 ([{35Cl}M+H]+, 100%).
