Acetonitrile (10 ml) potassium carbonate (0.5 g), paracresol (2.7 g) and the pyrimidine obtained in Example 432 (1 g) are placed in a reactor together with 3 drops of TDA--1[tris(3,6-dioxaheptyl)amine] as catalyst. The mixture in heated to 65° C. for one hour, and the solvent in evaporated. The mixture in taken up in water and extracted with ether, dried over MgSO4 and evaporated. A white solid in obtained in a yield of 75%, m.p. 152° C.
