Procedure
Melamine-formaldehyde polycondensate (b-1) melamine-formaldehyde polycondensate obtained by conducting polycondensation of formaldehyde and melamine fed at a molar ratio of 1.5:1 and then purification comprising immersion in 60° C. water, 30-min filtration, acetone washing and room temperature drying. (b-2) melamine-formaldehyde polycondensate obtained by conducting polycondensation of formaldehyde and melamine fed at a molar ratio of 3.0:1 and then the same purification as in item (b-1) above.
