Reaction Steps
In analogy to GP 6, reaction of 171 mg of 1-[4-(3-Amino-1-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-urea (0.4 mmol, 1 eq.) with 63 μL concentrated sulphuric acid and 68 mg sodium nitrite (2.5 eq.) in 3.75 mL EtOH yielded the desired product.
