3-(3-(Pyridine-2-ylamino)-1H-pyrazol-5-ylthio)benzoic acid (0.060 g, 0.192 mmol) and tert-butyl 1-(phenylsulfonyl)azetidin-3-ylcarbamate (0.060 g, 0.192 mmol) were treated as described in Example 3, except that the purification was done on Prep HPLC (MeCN/H2O/0.1% TFA). This afforded the title material (0.049 g, 41%, trifluoroacetic acid salt) as a solid. 1H NMR 400 MHz DMSO-d6 δ (ppm): 3.73 (2H, dd, J=8.72, 6.44 Hz), 3.99 (2H, t, J=8.21 Hz), 4.32-4.46 (1H, m), 6.43 (1H, s), 6.99 (1H, t, J=6.19 Hz), 7.20 (1H, d, J=8.59 Hz), 7.32-7.50 (2H, m), 7.59-7.74 (4H, m), 7.75-7.82 (1H, m), 7.82-7.95 (3H, m), 8.21 (1H, d, J=4.55 Hz), 8.98 (1H, d, J=6.06 Hz), 10.76 (1H, s). HPLC ret. time (Condition B): 3.950 min.; 85%. LCMS (+ESI, M+H+) m/z 507, (−ESI M−H+) m/z 505, HRMS: calc. 507.1273, found 507.1264.
