The title compound (48 mg, 94%) was obtained from 2-(benzo[1,2,5]thiadiazole-4-sulfonylamino)-4-chlorobenzoic acid and (S)-2-amino-3,3-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-propionic acid methyl ester as in Example 1, Part C. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3): 11.28 (s, 1H), 8.37 (dd, J=7.0, 1.0, 1H), 8.22 (dd, J=8.8, 1.0, 1H), 7.72 (dd, J=8.8, 7.1, 1H), 7.68 (d, J=1.9, 1H), 7.32-7.28 (m, 4H), 7.20-7.15 (m, 4H), 6.96 (d, J=8.5, 1H), 6.87 (dd, J=8.4, 2.0, 1H), 6.21 (br d, J=8.8, 1H), 5.50 (t, J=8.5, 1H), 4.48 (d, J=8.3, 1H), 3.63 (s, 3H).
