The title compound was prepared in 47% yield from 4-methyl-2-(5-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy-3′,5′-bis-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl)-pentanoic acid methyl ester and 3,5-bis-trifluoromethyl-aniline under the conditions described in Example 37, step (b).
