The title compound was prepared following the procedure described in Step 4 for synthesis for 6a using 16 and morpholine. 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 3.17 (4H, brm), 3.87 (4H, brm), 7.15 (1H, m), 7.43 (2H, m), 7.76 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 8.17 (2H, d, J=8.8 Hz), 8.33 (1H, d, J=5.2 Hz), 8.44 (1H, s). m/z 348.1 (MH+).
