Reaction Steps
N-(4-Aminomethyl-2-fluoro-phenyl)-methanesulfonamide HCl salt (270 mg, 1.00 mmol) was reacted with (2-hydroxymethyl-6-methyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-acetic acid (200 mg) to give N-(3-fluoro-4-methanesulfonylamino-benzyl)-2-(2-hydroxymethyl-6-methyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-acetamide (350 mg, 88%) after purification by column chromatography (Hex/EtOAc=10/1).
