Procedure

tert-Butyl 4-[1-(2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-1H-[1,2,3]-triazol-4-yl]-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-1-carboxylate (24 mg) prepared in Example 4 was dissolved in 2 ml of formic acid, followed by stirring for one night at room temperature and the solvent was evaporated in vacuo to give the title compound as a mixture.
