A solution of (2-{3-chloro-5-[isopropyl-(3-trifluoromethanesulfonylamino-propyl)-carbamoyl]-phenoxy}-ethyl)-pyridin-4-yl-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester trifluoroacetate (0.038 g) in dichloromethane (1 ml) was treated with dichloromethane:trifluoroacetic acid (1:1 v/v) (1 ml) stirred for 3 h at room temperature and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was subjected to preparative hplc to give the title compound (0.024 g) as an oil.
