Procedure

A solution of [2-(3-chloro-5-{[3-(2,2-dimethyl-propionylamino)-propyl]-isopropyl-carbamoyl}-phenoxy)-ethyl]-pyridine-4-yl-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester in dichloromethane (1 ml) was treated with dichloromethane:trifluoroacetic acid (1:1 v/v) (1 ml), stirred for 3 h at room temperature and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was subjected to preparative hplc to give the title compound (0.039 g) as an oil.

Workup

  1. concentrationconcentrated under reduced pressure
