The product was prepared using the method described in example 2e), using tert-butyl 4-[(1-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-[1,4]diazepino[1,2-b]indazol-2(3H)-yl)methyl]piperidine-1-carboxylate (example 16a) and phenethyl bromide as reagents. The product was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel, using the mixture chloroform:methanol in a ratio of 95:5 as eluent. Thus, 223 mg of 2-[(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)methyl]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-[1,4]diazepino[1,2-b]indazol-1-one were obtained.
