The product was prepared using the method described in example 2e), using tert-butyl 4-[(1-oxo-3,4-dihydropyrazino[1,2-b]indazol-2(1H)-yl)methyl]piperidine-1-carboxylate (example 1d) and benzeneacetyl chloride as reagents. The product was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel, using the mixture chlorofom:methanol in a ratio of 9:1 as eluent. Thus, 104 mg of 2-{[1-(phenylacetyl)piperidin-4-yl]methyl}-3,4-dihydropyrazino[1,2-b]indazol-1(2H)-one were obtained.
