Following the general method as outlined in Example 41 Step 1, starting from 6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-3-(1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-indole (Intermediate 5; 250 mg; 0.73 mmol) and 4-(2-chloroethyl)-morpholine hydrochloride (272 mg; 1.46 mmol), 233 mg (70%) of the title compound was obtained as a brown solid after purification by a silica gel chromatography (petroleum ether/EtOAc=1/1).
