Following the general method as outlined in Example 83, starting from 6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-3-(1-(piperidin-4-ylmethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-indole (Intermediate 21; 202 mg; 0.46 mmol) and monomethyl succinate (165 mg; 0.92 mmol), 220 mg (86%) of the title compound was obtained as a yellow oil after purification by reverse phase flash chromatography.
