Following the general method as outlined in Example 83, starting from 6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-3-(1-(piperidin-4-ylmethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-indole (Intermediate 21; 382 mg; 0.87 mmol) and 3-methoxypropanoic acid (180 mg; 1.73 mmol), 620 mg of the title compound was obtained as a yellow oil after purification by a silica gel chromatography (EtOAc).
