Following the general method as outlined in Example 89, starting from 6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-3-(1-(piperidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-indole hydrochloride (Intermediate 17; 370 mg; 0.80 mmol) and propionyl chloride (179 mg; 1.93 mmol), 310 mg (80%) of the title compound was obtained as a yellow oil, which was used directly without further purification.
