Reaction Steps
Following the general method as outlined in Example 83, starting from 6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-3-(1-(piperidin-4-ylmethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-indole (Intermediate 21; 188 mg; 0.43 mmol) and 2-methoxyacetic acid (41 mg; 0.46 mmol), 260 mg of the title compound was obtained as a yellow oil after purification by a silica gel chromatography (EtOAc).
